Stayed forever. View was amazing. Spa bath was perfect. Distance between each cottage was great. Felt secluded. Location close to town and waterfalls. Wildlife on balcony. 15 acres of gardens.
Furniture on deck could have been better. Oh, and of course, the pleasure of leaving!

During our stay at Waterfall Cottages, we had the opportunity to explore the extensive gardens and lake on the property. It was an absolute joy for our family, especially our children, who delighted in birdwatching and discovering beautiful wildflowers during our bushwalks. The proximity to picturesque waterfalls and the Margaret River Golf Club, both just a short drive away, provided us with even more options for family outings. We appreciated the flexibility of choosing between organized tours or self-guided audio tours, allowing us to tailor our experiences to our preferences. Waterfall Cottages offered an abundance of activities for our family to enjoy together.
My children wanted more outdoor games or recreational areas within the property.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the cottages. The stained glass windows and the wall-to-ceiling glass provided a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. It felt like staying in a cozy and inviting retreat. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and the beautiful gardens and private lake added to the serene atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. With private parking and no stairs to climb, it was easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.
I would have liked better assistance from the children working there.

The spaciousness and layout of the cottages were impressive, with lovely views of the gardens and lake. The cleanliness of the cottages was top-notch, and the laundry and BBQ facilities were well-maintained. The owners clearly put effort into ensuring guests enjoy their stay with thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend to others!
The sofa in our cottage was quite old and uncomfortable.

The cottages at Waterfall Cottages in Margaret River were so cozy that I instantly felt at home. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as it allowed me to cook my own meals and save some money during my stay.
Personally, I found the refrigerator a bit small for my liking, but I'm sure others would still find it sufficient.

Mind-blowing location - private, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. Close to stunning waterfalls and bush areas. Fully self-sufficient with opportunities for self-catering. Enjoyed the incredible glass wall view of the garden and bush, perfect for sipping coffee. The visit from local birds and kangaroos was a delightful surprise. Convenient access and the free laundry service helped us catch up effortlessly. A few more furnishings in the lounge would have enhanced the experience. Loved the short ride to the main street and the breathtaking view of the night stars. The cottage, although small, was fully equipped and attached to another, providing a semi-private experience. The bathtub was jaw-droppingly relaxing. Super-close to town. 100% recommended for an amazing stay.

The location of Waterfall Cottages was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by serene nature, it was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The quiet and picturesque surroundings created a peaceful atmosphere that was truly rejuvenating.
While there were a couple of minor issues, such as a slight damp smell in the room and a touch of mold in the bathroom, it did not detract from the overall experience. The comfort and tranquility superseded these small inconveniences.

Magnificent Landscaped Gardens: As I stepped out of my small cottage, I was greeted by the sight of 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. It felt like entering my own private paradise, surrounded by vibrant flora and fauna. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Wood burner not working: One minor inconvenience was the wood burner in my cottage not working properly. The reverse cycle heater in the bedroom wasn't functioning either, leaving only a small oil radiator for warmth.

Within 5 minutes, we found epic waterfalls that made our Insta game strong. And the gardens and lake on the property were lit for some serious exploring. We were all about that birdwatching life, spotting all kinds of feathered friends. Plus, the self-guided audio tour was boss, giving us the lowdown on all the cool nature stuff around us. So rad!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it's a sick party spot for us young folk. A chill hangout area or a lit clubhouse where we could turn up the music, dance, and have a blast with our friends.

The Waterfall Cottages in Margaret River were such a cozy retreat! The room was like a little home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed to cook up a storm. It was great to have an oven and a refrigerator right there, making me feel like a top chef in my own little cottage. As a nature lover, being able to cook my own meals and enjoy them surrounded by the beauty of nature was an absolute dream come true.
The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit on the small side for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal preference.
